"I had an issue with my order..."
I had an issue with my order, and something about it was a bit frustrating at first, but support did get back to me and fixed everything. It took a little longer than I hoped, so I’m giving 4 stars.

"The whole thing felt a bit chaotic"
It felt a little unprofessional from the start. I was waiting around like I was in some suspense movie, not knowing when they’d reply or what was going on. When updates did come through, they seemed scattered and not very organized, which made the whole experience more stressful than it needed to be.

"Better design ideas than I expected"
We wanted our website to feel fresh, but I expected something standard. Green Apple Studio surprised me with ideas I wouldn’t have come up with on my own, and it felt like they really listened while still bringing their own creative point of view.
A couple of small edits took an extra day, but it wasn’t a big deal. Compared to what I thought we’d end up with, the final site feels much cleaner, more unique, and just more polished overall.

The work turned out fine, so no real complaints there. It just ended up taking longer than I expected. Communication was okay for the most part, though sometimes I had to wait a bit to hear back. Overall, not a bad experience, but the timing could definitely be better.

I had a really good experience with Green Apple Studio. the thing I appreciated most was how easy they were to communicate with. From the beginning, everything felt clear, and I wasn’t sitting there wondering what was happening or what came next.
They got back to me quickly, explained things in a way that actually made sense, and kept me in the loop without me having to chase them down. It made the whole process feel a lot more relaxed than I expected. I’d definitely be happy to work with them again

I’ll be honest, the site gave me a outdated first impression. It feels cluttered and a bit all over the place, so finding what I needed wasn’t as easy as it should’ve been. The layout also doesn’t really come across as professional, which kind of makes you wonder how much attention is being put into the online experience.

I got what I needed without having to spend a ridiculous amount. There were a couple of minor delays along the way, but nothing that really ruined the experience. Overall, I’d say it was a fair deal and good value for the price.

I reached out to Green Apple Studio with what I thought was a simple question, but the support process dragged on way longer than it should have. The first reply took a few days, and when it finally came, it didn’t really answer what I asked. So I had to explain the same thing again, which got annoying fast. They did eventually get back to me, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but it felt like I had to keep chasing them and spelling things out more than once. A quicker, clearer response would’ve made the whole experience a lot better.
